"Monolith and Cedars"
Acrylic on canvas, 24"x36" This scene was painted from photos taken on a trip through New Mexico. I loved this rock formation and caught the light at just the right time.

really nice art David, nice to meet you on Fresh Daily! The rock formations here make a distinctive image...really "cool!"
I like how the bottom of the formation really seems like it is reflecting the sunlight. It kind of makes me squint.
