Oil on panel, 8"x8"
This scene is in Enchanted Rock State Park after rainfall has runoff into a shallow creek that crosses the loop trail.

I quite like how you capture a feeling in your paintings with the broad strokes you use. I wonder though, whether instead of producing a piece each day you focus on one for a few days? How does this change your style, for better or worse? Is this a challenge for you? etc.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the comment Mariah. Lots of these paintings actually take me more than one day to complete. I try to paint everyday but often times I work on the same piece for several days.
