Nice paintings, i'm intrigued by the choice of size...do you prefer the smaller panels or are you treating them more like a sketchbook; quickly cpaturing various settings?

Hello Rob,
you are partially correct in that the smaller panel sizes are like a sketch book. They also allow for quicker progress and artistic development as opposed to struggling for days or weeks on end over a larger piece. Completing more paintings via the smaller panels gives you a feeling of accomplishment more often.
