Oil on panel 7"x5"
My first attempt at painting a portrait or figurative in oil and with this quick draw technique. I just opened a catalog from the mail and picked this image. I would love to be working from live models. Maybe in the near future. I tried to keep it simple but my canvas is rough (for landscape not portrait) and it makes it hard to get accurate edges.
